Music & Performances
We challenge our members with a demanding and rewarding wind band repertoire to develop their skills and celebrate their achievements through regular performances. We typically undertake three major symphonic concerts each year, along with additional performances in community spaces to encouraging individuals from all walks of life to engage with community music. Westgate Concert Band welcome opportunities to collaborate and connect with schools and other community groups and events. Contact us below for more information.
Requirements
Westgate Concert Band does not hold auditions. Instead, you are invited to sit-in with us for several rehearsals to experience the band first-hand before joining. Westgate Concert Band aims to provide a comfortable and encouraging environment, where the musical journey of each individual can be enhanced and supported.
